Crises build gradually, with escalation and recovery phases. Recognizing typical responses helps identify warning signs early (Adams et al., 2022). Each crisis is unique. If someone becomes disruptive or unsafe, always prioritize safety. This course identifies crisis phases, demonstrates interventions, and discusses environmental safety.
