Relias wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find that a purchased course does not meet your training needs, you may request a full refund or course exchange within 30 days from your date of purchase so long as the final exam has not been attempted. Prior to attempting the final exam, your full purchase price will be refunded or the course can be exchanged for another course. After the final exam has been attempted, we are unable to issue a refund or course exchange due to the initiation of the accreditation process.

Course packages and subscription refunds

Your course package or subscription may be refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase if you have completed no more than 3 courses. If you find that a purchased course package or subscription does not meet your training needs, please contact Relias Customer Support or an Educational Advisor to request a refund or course exchange. Educational Advisors will help you exchange packages/subscriptions with different ones at your request, or Support will issue a refund equal to the original purchase.

For credit or refund requests

Please contact Relias Customer Support with your name, phone number, email address, course name, and the reason for your request. You will be contacted within 24 business hours. If given credit, the credit will remain valid for 12 months after the issue date.
