There is a general lack of understanding of the role of the hospice medical director and the hospice physician with regard to administrative duties, patient care, and role in the interdisciplinary group. The purpose of this webinar is to improve the knowledge of the hospice medical director and the hospice team with regard to role and responsibilities and to improve patient care and potential outcomes of Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) and CMS auditing.
In support of improving patient care, Relias LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
