Subject Matter Expert: Zeliha Ozen, MSN, RN, CCRN, CNLAmber is a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional with a background in critical care nursing. Amber has a master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership and has years of experience as a quality leader in healthcare organizations. She currently works at Biome Analytics as the Director of Client Services and Quality Improvement Analytics. She is also a PhD student working towards her doctorate in Health Science Research. She is passionate about utilizing data to improve population health outcomes and drive value-based care.

She has a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Clinical Nurse Leadership (CNL) from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also certified as a Critical Care Nurse (CCRN).
