After graduation, Casey uprooted to the southeast and began her practice in outpatient orthopedics. Eager to master her skills she completed a post-profession residency program and earned her board certification in orthopedic physical therapy. Along her post-professional education, she also became certified in advanced manual therapy, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation. Casey strived to maintain a diverse practice in addition to her specialization and has worked clinically within SNF, IRF, and home health settings with patients across the lifespan. Now as a SME writer for Relias, she hopes to inspire others to also pursue advanced practices of clinical knowledge and evidence-based medicine to deliver excellent care.
