Learning Objectives:
Recognize the pathophysiology, assessment, and management of dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea.
Select the common causes of abnormal uterine bleeding.
Identify the basic features of polycystic ovary syndrome.
Recognize the clinical manifestations of premenstrual syndrome.
Compare and contrast the pathophysiology and clinical manifestations of pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginitis, cervicitis, vulvitis, and bartholinitis.
Recall the common manifestations of pelvic relaxation disorders.
Identify the pathophysiology and clinical manifestations of benign and malignant cervical, vaginal, vulvar, endometrial, and ovarian tumors.
