CAASs or Care Assessment Assessments are the most important application of the RAI process because they represent the first step in the care planning process. This module will introduce the learner to the 20 different CAAs as their associated guidelines and documentation requirements. Learners will be able to describe the link between the RAI assessment, CAAs and formulation of the care plan as well as care plan regulatory requirements.
