Part of this role involves collecting concise, complete, and consistent information to understand the scope and degree of abuse. You also have a role in reporting abuse to prevent future injury, near death, or death from abuse and neglect. The goal of this course is to educate healthcare professionals on how to identify and report child abuse and mistreatment.
