This course provides information on the diseases, conditions, code structure, and chapter-specific guidelines pertaining to neurology services. Documentation for neurologic services in relation to risk adjustment is also discussed. The course focuses on conditions routinely treated in a neurology practice. Most of these conditions are found in Chapter 6, Diseases of the Nervous System (G00-G99).
