Rosalinda Alfaro-LeFevre, MSN, RN, ANEF, is the president of Teaching, Smart/Learning Easy in Stuart, Fla. Monica Caicedo Orellana, MS, RN, OCN, is an SME writer for Relias with over 16 years of acute care experience in nursing. She is licensed as a professional registered nurse in the State of New York. She obtained her OCN certification in 2008. She has served in several leadership roles in the acute care setting, within the Medical Surgical Division, mentoring nurses in renal and oncology specialties, and the role of nurse educator. She has been involved in various institutional committees and quality improvement projects. Monica earned a master’s degree in nursing education from New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing.
