Writer: Kimberly Workman, MAShe is a private-practice registered dietitian based in Charleston, South Carolina. She focuses on infertility, preconception, prenatal, and postnatal health. She earned a B.S. in human nutrition from the University of Florida in Gainesville and her M.S. in clinical nutrition from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. She later earned her CLEC certification at University of C-San Diego.
