Behavior analysts must carefully assess their clients' current levels of skills and needs in order to create individualized treatment plans. Observation and functional assessment help identify some treatment goals. However, it can still be difficult to identify all the skills that need to be addressed. Many commercially produced assessments are useful for identifying needs and building treatment plans. This course will provide an overview of different assessments for program building and describe their uses.
The goal of this course is to provide behavior analysts in clinical practice information on assessment instruments useful for creating intervention programs.
