Whether you are a staff nurse, supervisor, or educator, learning how to be a better leader can enhance the way you precept and guide new staff. It is also important to understand some key differences between leadership and management in ambulatory care. With diverse settings and constant coordination of care in ambulatory care settings, having the skills to be a confident and effective leader can make all the difference.
