As personnel in a child and family-serving organization, you may encounter children with challenging behavior. This course focuses on understanding the behavior of children between ages one and five. It provides proactive strategies for preventing the onset of misbehavior, along with strategies for responding appropriately to problems when they occur, and tips for recognizing the need for outside intervention or support.
