As your AIT becomes established and comfortable in your community, you will continue to teach and answer questions, but your primary function will be to guide your AIT, and share your experience and wisdom to help them transition into a competent, professional long term care leader. This module is designed to acquaint you with opportunities and tools, provide resources and evidenced based practices that will serve your AIT past the AIT experience and into their early career.
