Ethical dilemmas are everywhere. When you work with people who have developmental and behavior issues, it is important that those situations are handled in the best way possible. Knowing how to respond to different situations in a professional and ethical manner is not always clear. Fortunately, the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® has outlined professional and ethical practice parameters for Board Certified Behavior Analysts-Doctoral™, Board Certified Behavior Analysts®, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts® and Registered Behavior Technicians™. In this course, you will learn about ethics for the provision of behavior analysis services as outlined by the RBT® Ethics Code. You will also understand the purpose of having ethical standards for behavioral treatment. You will also practice decision making skills related to the clients you serve and the profession as a whole.
