Melanie Hill joined Weatherbee Resources as an Associate Consultant in August 2018. Melanie has over 22 years in the hospice industry. She worked for a national hospice company for over 16 years and has provided consulting services for various hospice companies since 2012.

Melanie works with hospice clients to identify and address knowledge and performance gaps related to employee engagement, leadership development, and sales team training. Melanie's extensive skill set allows her to partner with hospice organizations to create meaningful change for the entire organization. She understands recruiting, retaining, and developing employees in the hospice industry.

Melanie has provided thousands of hours of training and motivational speeches for hospice companies across the United States. She holds two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Samford University and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University.
