Managing the Patient with Immunological Disorders

Immunological conditions are common in patients of all ages, can be acute or chronic, acquired or inherited, and may range from mild to life-threatening. Caring for a patient with an immune system disorder can be challenging and nurses need a good understanding of the immunological system, associated symptoms, diagnostic tests, potential complications, treatment and management strategies, and patient education for optimizing outcomes. This course is designed to equip nurses with essential knowledge to care for patients with immunological conditions.
