Instructor: Jeffrey John Cies, PharmD, MPH, BCPS-AQ ID, BCPPS, FCCP

As Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Jeff is responsible for the coordination, integration, maintenance and advancement of clinical support servicesto pediatric inpatients.  A frequent presenter at state and national meetings, Jeffis also awell-published author on a range of pediatric palliative care topics.  Jeff earned hisdoctor of pharmacy degree at Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Pharmacy and Masters in Public Health from Temple University.  He completed a 2-year post-graduate pediatric pharmacy specialty residency program and maintains certification as a Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPPS) and Pharmacotherapy Specialist with added qualifications in Infectious Diseases (BCPS-AQ ID). Jeff is also a fellow for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (FCCP).
