One requirement your agency must ensure that it complies with both from a regulatory and payment perspective is client notification. This course will discuss each of the notices that your agency is required to provide clients. In this course, you will learn what the Notice of Privacy Practices is and when to provide this notice to clients. You will also learn what the Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN), the Home Health Change of Care Notice (HHCCN), the Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage (NOMNC), and Detailed Explanation of Non-Coverage (DENC) are, when to provide each of these notices, and how to complete each one.
