Mr. Halbert Brown, Jr. is the founder and administrator of Universal Nursing Services of Texas (UNST). He has is an Associate Professor at the University of Phoenix, where he facilitates healthcare and business management classes. Mr. Brown has an unquenchable thirst for entrepreneurship, and he is an Adjunct Assistant Professor teaching Master's Degree courses in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, and Strategic Marketing at Webster University. Also, he earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration (Aviation) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). As he prepared for his position as administrator, he completed the Home Health Administrator Course with the Texas 'Association for Home Care and earned a Certification in Leadership and Management in Healthcare/Health Services Program in the MBA program at Park University.
An active member of his community, Mr. Brown is the President, Board of Directors for Olympia Oaks Home Owners Association, and Past President and Counselor for San Antonio SCORE #164, Counselors to America's Small Business. His education and experience allow him to exercise his passion for learning and teaching other business entrepreneurs about the importance of education, financial planning and leadership.
