Cardiac Catheterization: Pressures and Waveforms

Cardiac Catheterization: Pressures and Waveforms

This webinar is part of a series of courses on cardiac catheterization lab and may be used to prepare for the RCIS examination. This webinar reviews cardiac pressures, oxygen saturations, waveforms, and the use of Swan-Ganz catheters. It will review definitions of cardiac function, such as cardiac index and output. It will also review valve disease and congenital defects such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, Tetralogy of Fallot, and patent ductus arteriosus.
