Heather P. Wilson, PhD
Dr. Heather Wilson is the founder and former co-owner of Weatherbee Resources, Inc., and the former CEO and co-owner of the Hospice Education Network, Inc. She is the author or co-author of numerous hospice regulatory manuals including The HIPAA Privacy Rule: Compliance Resources for Hospices and The HIPAA Security Rule, Compliance Resources for Hospice, CoPs in a Book, and The QAPI Requirements: Resources for Hospice Programs. Dr. Wilson has expertise in assisting hospice programs with compliance with the Medicare Conditions of Participation, developing corporate compliance programs and meeting the HIPAA regulations. She has a Ph.D. in Pastoral Psychology from Boston University.
