This course will feature common medical conditions which can influence the course of oral surgery. Also discussed will be the most frequent post surgical complications and options to treat these complications. This course by no means is all-inclusive list for either topic mentioned above. Clinicians are responsible for using their clinical judgment in evaluating the patient and their medical history before initiating any clinical procedure, especially those of an invasive nature such as oral surgery.
