This course is intended as an introductory review and is non-brand specific. However, it does discuss various formulations of ASRs and methods for carry, use and post-use clean-up. Officers must remember that ASR is but one force or control option, and is not a magic bullet that can reliably control every subject. By better understanding your ASR, you are better prepared to decide when and if its use is warranted.
