Dr. Kelly has a Master's Degree and PhD in Behavioral Education, Behavior Analysis. She's the executive director of Keiki Educational Consultants, which is an ADA consulting business. She also served as an adjunct professor for the University of West Florida, teaching in the ADA program. She's also an exam prep instructor for those studying to be a behavior analyst through the Global Autism Project. She also is the president of the Hawaii Association for Behavior Analysis.
