It then breaks down how to interview successfully and includes best practices, tips and tricks, materials you need and recommended verbiage to use to interact successfully with residents and families.

Instructor: Sally Hemlepp MS, OTR/L, NHA
Sally Hemlepp MS, OTR/L, NHA, has operated and managed organizations providing healthcare services for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience with skilled nursing facility contract therapy services, Medicare home health services and comprehensive rehabilitation services, along with Risk Management and staff development programs for senior care-focused organizations, including training for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, and assisted living staff. She co-founded RediLearning, LLC in 2010 and served as its President and Chairman. Prior to RediLearning, Ms. Hemlepp founded AllianceCare, Inc. in 1997, and served as its President, then as its Chief Executive Officer. She founded IntegraCare, Inc. in 1988, which became a public company in 1993, and performed as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Hemlepp holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from Lynn University and Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Mary College in Occupational Therapy.
