Instructor: Jodi Budnick
Jodi Budnick has 20 years of talent management experience including training, organization development, employee relations, performance management and recruitment. Jodi most recently came to Relias Learning from Ogilvy & Mather, where she had been a Senior Partner since April 2010. At Ogilvy Chicago, Jodi led the Talent Management function for all business units including digital, advertising, public relations, direct and media. Prior to Ogilvy, Jodi lead the Talent Management function at a Publicis Groupe agency and was a VP, Learning and Development at Grey Group. Jodi has been active in Habitat for Humanity Global Village, Central America, and The Ronald McDonald House. Jodi received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Human Development and Family Studies. She then obtained an MA in Counseling Psychology from Marist College and an MS in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Jodi holds her Senior Professional certification in Human Resources.
