Delirium, dementia, and depression are referred to as the 3Ds due to a few similar overlapping symptoms. This course provides several distinctions between the three diagnoses in order to assist the learner to distinguish one from the other. Due to delirium being an acute syndrome, this course places emphasis on its quick identification, treatment, and prevention strategies.
