Instructor: Grace Judson
For 16 years, she held executive leadership positions in global organizations, including Munich American Re and EMC Document Sciences, where she led strategic process initiatives resulting significant improvements in customer satisfaction, sales success, and risk management. Since 2005, she’s been self-employed as a business consultant.
With a degree in writing from Bard College, Grace has trained as an executive coach. A long-term volunteer with the Association for Talent Development (formerly the American Society for Training & Development), Grace served on the San Diego chapter’s Board for four years, including President of the Board in 2013. She’s taught business and communication courses at local colleges, and has written six e-books, including Office Politics: the elephant in the conference room.
