He has an Environmental Safety and Health (MESH) degree from NC State University, and a C-MESH (Construction Manager of Environmental Safety and Health) as well as a Masters of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Miami. Prior to joining ECRM, Frank worked as a Safety Professional for WakeMed Health & Hospital system in Raleigh, NC, where he earned the Certified Healthplace Safety Professional (CHSP) credential.
