Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond, and is certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and by the Society for Human Resource Management as Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Mr. Winter served as an HR executive in various business settings and has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources practitioner. He is the president of Winter HR Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm focused on HR strategy, organizational and individual development, coaching, and training.
