This course discusses quality measures (QMs), including basic calculations, adjustments, exclusions, and a review of the technical specifications. It also discusses the various types of QM reports and an introduction to Care Compare and the effect of QMs on the Five-Star rating.
The goal of this course is to provide nurse managers and MDS staff in long-term care settings with an overview of the QMs and the MDS 3.0.

Ms. Matthews possesses over 20 years of nursing experience with over 17 of those in the Skilled Nursing industry.
