Virginia Fry is an artist, educator, and counselor, who has specialized in hospice work for more than 30 years. She has worked with thousands of terminally ill patients and their families, created and facilitated many bereavement groups for children and adults, and trained colleagues locally, nationally, and in Germany. Currently, Ginny is the Director of the Hospice & Palliative Care Council of Vermont, and the Bereavement Coordinator of Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice, where she continues her clinical practice. She is also a consultant to the State of Vermont and teaches at four colleges. Ginny is the author of the award-winning book Part Of Me Died Too--Stories of Creative Survival among Bereaved Children and Teenagers. She and her teen bereavement group are also the subject of A Video Essay on Teen Grief.
