Telehealth can be an effective way to deliver occupational therapy services to the appropriate older adult patients. It enables therapists to reach individuals who are unable to access traditional services, allows older adults to be evaluated in their home environment, and is often a preferred way to receive services. In this course, occupational therapy providers will be given an overview of telehealth as a modality in their practice and practical tips for the remote evaluation and treatment of patients.
