This course will present the basics of quality assurance and performance improvement, or QAPI, in home care. Home care workers will learn how to assist their agency in applying QAPI. Doing so will help improve services, increase satisfaction, and address complaints.
This is not an accredited course for professional license renewal. Florida CNAs may use this inservice toward meeting their annual inservice requirement.
