There has never been a response saying that they chose the nursing profession because they love to document. The reality is that without accurate documentation, there is not a way to support the care that is provided to the individual. This course will explain why detailed documentation is important in healthcare. It will also discuss the different methods of documentation, how to document common health conditions, and strategies to improve documentation skills. Without the knowledge of accurate documentation, the quality of life of the individuals who nurses care for will suffer.
