Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) regularly face ethical dilemmas in clinical practice. The clinician’s actions (or inaction) when faced with these dilemmas can have far-reaching effects on patients, colleagues, employers, and society as a whole. In this module, SLPs will learn how to approach ethical decision making through clinical scenarios using the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Code of Ethics.
