The year ended with the Final Rule 2021 which posed significant decreases in payments, and then, through a series of events, the cuts were decreased, but only for a short time. She is an expert at helping customers understand the CMS prospective payment systems in skilled nursing and home health settings, and outpatient therapy billing for all provider types. For the past 10 years, Ellen has worked as principal consultant and founder of Rehab Resources and Consulting, Inc.
