The Balance Evaluation Systems Test (BESTest) is a 36-item test that assesses 6 components of postural control. Two shortened versions of the test have been validated for clinical use, the Mini-BESTest (14 items) and the Brief BESTest (6 items). This module provides an overview of these tests and demonstrates key items from each. Score interpretation is provided.

Kristen graduated from Springfield College in 2012 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She completed an Orthopedic and Manual Therapy Residency through Evidence in Motion in 2014.
