Ongoing Staff Development for RBTs

Green Clock Hours: 1.00

RBT®s provide many hours of intervention to individuals with autism. Investing in staff development beyond initial certification is critical for providing the best services possible for clients. Currently, there is no mandate for ongoing continuing education for RBTs. In addition to supervision, behavior analysts must create other opportunities to help RBTs advance their skill sets. The focus of this course is to assist behavior analysts who supervise RBTs in creating staff development and supervision programs aimed at advancing entry level skills.

The goal of this course is to provide behavior analysts in clinical settings information on establishing ongoing staff development programs for RBTs.

This  training program is offered independent of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®).
Participant complaints regarding this or any other BACB CE event requirements violations must first be directed, in writing, to the Relias Learning ACE Coordinator, Rhonda Davin, PhD. Please contact Dr. Davin via email: [email protected] The ACE Coordinator will make every reasonable attempt to resolve participant complaints; however, should the ACE Coordinator be unable to resolve the complaint, the complainant may file a formal complaint directly with the BACB.
