This course provides physical therapy professionals with a review of common impairments of the hip and knee and contributing factors for each, including biomechanics, overuse, and lifestyle. Typical clinical presentations are discussed along with case studies to describe a step-by-step evaluation, modeling clinical decision making for a common hip condition in a recreational athlete and a common knee condition in a middle-aged, sedentary individual.
