The purpose of this module is to describe ventricular assist devices (VADs) with their components and how to use them in occupational and physical therapy.
Alana Garcia attended Seattle University for undergraduate studies and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the Arcadia University. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Biology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University.
