The purpose of this course is to introduce key behaviors, traits, and characteristics of an effective leader. The concept of discretionary effort and strategies for promoting the behavior is discussed. This course engages the learner in content related to tactics and key behaviors of an effective leader. Required components for organizational alignment are outlined, and important components of preventing turnover are discussed.
