Behavioral interviews are a method of learning how job candidates have handled previous situations they faced. You can use behavioral interviewing techniques to predict a job candidate’s future behavior. In this course, you will learn the benefits of behavioral interviewing compared to other interviewing strategies. You will also learn how to prepare for and conduct a behavioral interview.
