Information and referral (I&R) service agencies provide a vital service to the community. The goal of this course is to provide front line staff and managers at information and referral agencies responsible for service delivery to the public information on the importance of confidentiality within I&R and the situations that most closely involve those issues. The course also outlines those occasions when an I&R staff person may override confidentiality.
