In this Management Fundamentals course, you will examine step-by-step direction on how you can connect and communicate with your team. In working with your direct reports, you will learn to empower them by providing clear direction and feedback. You will also learn tips and techniques for managing your time and how to establish strong working relationships with your manager and those who report to you. These fundamental skills of management are critical to build early on. In doing so, you will understand practical ways to set and manage expectations at all levels. We will use a blend of experiential exercises, instructive information, and self-study to provide tips, tools and techniques you need to succeed.
