Directed to Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), this 4-credit course addresses ethical and moral dilemmas, the decision processes, and posits multiple ethical case studies. This course aims to assist the PT professional in understanding their ethical responsibilities as well as regulations that govern physical therapy practice in the state of Georgia.

Yolunda Dockett serves as a Corporate Compliance & Privacy Officer for a skilled nursing, assisted living, dialysis, and personal care provider in the DC Metro area. In this role, Yolunda has developed and implemented the organization's compliance and privacy program, and has provided compliance education and training, promoting regulatory compliance to ensure continued program effectiveness. Yolunda is working on her Masters of Jurisprudence at Stetson University College of Law and is a registered occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience in regional rehab, reimbursement, and SNF operations.
