Instructor: Scottie Smith, Psy.D.Mrs. Cobb is a Lead SME Writer/Trainer at Relias. Her primary writing responsibilities are in the Health and Human Services vertical, in the content areas of public safety and behavioral health. Dr. Scottie Smith is a former active duty Navy psychologist and a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) where she served with the United States Marine Corps 2nd Medical Battalion. She is a 2009 graduate of the Florida School of Professional Psychology, where she earned her Doctor of Psychology degree (Psy.D.) after completing a competitive Internship program at the Dallas VA Medical Center. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology (2007). Dr. Smith's primary clinical focus is on treating adults with a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders from a cognitive behavioral framework. Dr. Smith is a passionate and outspoken advocate for veterans in her community and is a member of the Military Officers Association of America.
