This course presents how home health agencies and their specific areas of clinical operations will be impacted under the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM). It explores how agencies can adapt operations for success under PDGM by recognizing the impact on Clinical Operations, Intake, Diagnosis coding, case and episodic management, and education. It examines what successful agencies will look like under PDGM and provides key metrics to begin monitoring now and when PDGM goes into effect.
